Important: We are an educational consultancy, not a university or admission authority. We facilitate the admission process but do not guarantee admission to any specific university.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all forms and applications
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, NEET scores, or academic records
• Cooperate promptly with document requests and deadlines
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures on our website

4. Fees and Payment

Our consultancy fees are communicated transparently before any service begins. Our fee structure:

• Initial counseling session: Free
• University application support: As agreed in writing
• Documentation and visa support: As agreed in writing

All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. We reserve the right to pause services in case of non-payment.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• If a university refuses your application due to eligibility issues, a partial refund may be applicable
• If you withdraw your application after submission, refunds are subject to the costs already incurred
• University tuition fees paid directly to the university are subject to that university's own refund policy
• Visa fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the triggering event.

6. No Guarantee of Admission

While we make every effort to support your application, Akash Overseas Studies does not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities based on their eligibility criteria.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Akash Overseas Studies or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akash Overseas Studies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Actions or decisions made by universities, embassies, or visa authorities
• Delays caused by government processing times or force majeure events

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total consultancy fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
